Directions For Body Balance, Osteo & Flexeo

Body Balance - Please refrigerate after opening

•    The Recommended Adult Dosage is to take 4 OUNCES     (4 FULL CAPS or 4 FULL LIDS of the Body Balance Bottle) EVERY MORNING. The most effective way is to take it as soon as your alarm clock goes off, and BEFORE you get in the shower! Please try not to take it in the evening.            “4 Ounces A Day Keeps The Medical Doctor Away”

•    Drink slowly and swish it around in your mouth for up to 30 seconds before swallowing, as the Body Balance will begin to be absorbed in the mouth through the sublingual and submaxillary glands.

•    If you forget a day it is recommended to double up on your dosage the following day (8 OUNCES) so that you can keep up with the level necessary to experience maximum change with your health.

    Everyone is different and therefore may have a different experience. Some results may be dramatic, while others are more subtle. Please feel free to experiment with the dosage (increasing if necessary) until you obtain the best results. You CANNOT overdose on Body Balance, because it is a liquid whole food, and during crisis situations (getting a cold, flu etc.) you can dramatically increase your dosage AS SOON AS you experience symptoms (AS MUCH AS A WHOLE BOTTLE) to effectively boost your immune system and overcome your health challenge quickly.
    A few people will experience a mild cleansing effect (cramping or bowel discomfort), please don’t panic, this is normal. This usually lasts for only a few days as your body is ridding itself of harmful toxins.

Osteoprocare - Does not need refrigeration
PLEASE READ THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW EXACTLY!   TAKE 1 FULL OUNCE IN THE EVENING.  MUST BE WITH FOOD AND AT THE END OF THE MEAL, OR JUST BEFORE YOU GO TO BED.

Flexeoplus - Does not need refrigeration
Take 4 (full droppers) up to three times per day (Please mix with Water, Juice, OsteoProcare, or Body Balance)
For moderate to severe joint pain/inflammation:
•    Osteoprocare- ½ oz 3 times per day with food
•    Flexeoplus-4 droppers with each serving of Osteoprocare
If 3 times per day is not feasible, double either the AM or PM doses.
